Professor Jane Coffey is a faculty member at Curtin University's School of Management and Marketing, part of the Faculty of Business and Law. She holds the position of Professor and serves in the Office of the Provost. Her academic background includes a PhD from Curtin University, alongside degrees in Social Science, Public Sector Management, and Human Resource Management (HRM).
Her research focuses on the Future of Work, Graduate Employability, Creative Sector HRM, and Labour Market Dynamics. Notable projects include studies on international graduates' career challenges, neurodivergent students' career development, and the impact of crises like the pandemic on HR practices. She has also explored youth career aspirations and workforce retention strategies.

Over 30 years of experience includes roles as a management consultant and human resource director in local government, blending academic and industry insights.
