Dominique Carlon is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Inclusive AI at Swinburne University of Technology and the ARC Centre of Excellence for Automated Decision-Making & Society (ADM+S). Her work focuses on evidence-based approaches to inclusive AI and examines societal interactions with bots, agents, and automated systems through interdisciplinary frameworks.

Her recent publications highlight community-created bots on Twitter and polarisation dynamics on Reddit, reflecting her interest in grassroots technological innovation and the sociocultural impacts of automation. She advocates for accessible, user-driven AI development and preservation of community-led digital practices.
