Dr Colleen Carlon is a Lecturer at the School of Arts and Humanities, Edith Cowan University (ECU). She holds a PhD (ECU, 2016), Master of Public Policy (Deakin, 1998), and Bachelor of Education (Primary, Wollongong, 1992). Her research focuses on community development, suicide bereavement support, regional university equity, and public policy implementation.
