Dirk Melton is a Professor at Vanderbilt University, teaching MGT 6438 - Real Estate Development. He concurrently serves as the operational leader for MarketStreet Enterprises, a Nashville-based real estate investment firm. His work focuses on commercial/residential development, sustainability, and urban regeneration.
