Matthew J. Kiefer is a Lecturer in Real Estate at Harvard University's Graduate School of Design (GSD) and a prominent land use attorney with over 25 years of experience at Goulston & Storrs. His work bridges legal expertise with urban planning, focusing on entitlements for complex urban projects including housing, life science facilities, and university master plans. He is affiliated with the Urban Planning and Design department and teaches in the Master in Real Estate (MRE) program.
