Dimitrios Georgakakis is a Professor of International Business at the Department of International Business, Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds. He serves as Director of the Centre for International Business at the University of Leeds (CIBUL) and holds editorial roles as Associate Editor of the Journal of Management Studies and member of the editorial review boards of several top journals including Journal of Business Venturing and Long Range Planning.
His research focuses on the microfoundations of international business, particularly the role of strategic leaders, board and top management team diversity, and dynamic managerial capabilities in multinational enterprises.
