Dr. Di Ann Sanchez is a Professor and Division Chair at Amberton University's College of Business, Department of Human Resources and Organizational Management. She is also a national instructor for the Institute for Applied Management (IAML), where she teaches the Essentials of Human Resources Management Certification. She developed the SHRM-aligned M.S. in Human Resource Management and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Certification at Amberton University, demonstrating leadership in academic program innovation.
Her educational background includes a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Capella University, a Master’s in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from UCLA.
Dr. Sanchez’s research and professional focus lies at the intersection of human resources, diversity, equity, inclusion, and workforce dynamics. She is a nationally recognized expert on attracting and retaining the LatinX workforce, generational differences in the workplace, ethical agility in organizations, and managing global teams. Her work emphasizes practical application of theory through real-world business storytelling and corporate experience.
Her recent publications and research contributions highlight trends in workforce analytics, Hispanic millennial engagement, and DEI strategy, reflecting a strong emphasis on data-informed, culturally competent HR practices.
