Dhruv Grewal is a Professor of Marketing and the Toyota Chair in Commerce and Electronic Business at Babson College. He has been recognized as one of the world's most influential marketing scholars, with over 100,000 citations on Google Scholar. His research focuses on AI, retailing, pricing strategies, and e-commerce. Grewal has authored leading textbooks on marketing and retailing, and his work has been published in top-tier journals such as Journal of Marketing and Journal of Retailing.
He holds a PhD and MBA from Virginia Tech, and a BCom from the University of Delhi. Grewal has received numerous accolades, including the 2024 Poets & Quants Best Undergraduate Professor award, the 2021 AMA Retail & Pricing SIG Mentorship Award, and the 2013 Virginia Tech Distinguished Graduate Alumnus honor.
