Deborah J. Borisoff

Deborah J. Borisoff is a Professor of Media, Culture, and Communication at New York University's Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. Her research focuses on gender and communication, conflict management, organizational communication, cross-cultural communication, and listening. She has authored/co-authored ten books, including seminal works like The Power to Communicate: Gender Differences as Barriers and Conflict Management: A Communication Approach.
