Dr. Donna Hicks serves as a Senior Fellow at Fordham University's Center for Humanistic Management within the Gabelli School of Business, where she advises on dignity-centered leadership. She is also an Associate at Harvard University's Weatherhead Center for International Affairs. Her work focuses on conflict resolution, reconciliation, and the role of dignity in organizational and interpersonal dynamics.
- Former Deputy Director of Harvard's Program on International Conflict Analysis and Resolution (PICAR).
- Conducted fieldwork in the Israeli/Palestinian conflict and co-directed a 10-year Sri Lankan project fostering intercommunal dialogue.
Teaches conflict resolution at Harvard, Clark, and Columbia Universities, and conducts global trainings on dignity-based leadership. Author of two seminal books on dignity and conflict resolution.
Her research emphasizes bridging divides through dignity-centered approaches, with notable contributions to interethnic dialogue frameworks and leadership ethics.
