Dr. Debbie Rowlett is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader for Business Management at the University of Chester's Faculty of Science, Business and Enterprise. A Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Certified Business Management Educator, she teaches operational decision-making, international business, and creative problem-solving.
Her doctoral research examined the impact of independent learning skills on student wellbeing, proposing an innovative support model. Current research investigates mentoring strategies, critical thinking pedagogy, quality assurance in higher education, and personalized learning approaches.
