Debbie Lynn Wolf is a Professor and Chair of Music Education at the School of Music, Cairn University. She has been teaching at Cairn since 1989, offering private piano, class piano, and music education courses for the Cairn Community Arts Academy. Additionally, she serves as a consultant and chief reader for PRAXIS Music Tests at Educational Testing Services (ETS) and teaches music education courses at University of the Arts, Villanova University, and Chestnut Hill College.

Her research and professional work focus on musical development, assessment, and music in special education. Her presentations often address inclusive music education strategies, such as collaborating with parents and paraprofessionals to support students with special needs and challenging them toward musical excellence.
Debbie’s awards include the PMEA Certificate of Excellence in Higher Education (2010) and listings in Who’s Who of American Women, Who’s Who in Colleges and Universities, and Who’s Who in Education. She is actively involved in professional organizations like the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association District 11 Executive Board and the Robert Carwithen Music Foundation Scholarship.
