Dean Xu

Dean Xu is a tenured Professor of Management at Monash Business School, Monash University, where he has been employed since 2016. Previously, he held academic positions at the University of Melbourne (2013-2016), China Europe International Business School (2010-2013), University of Hong Kong (2007-2010), and Peking University (2001-2007). His educational background includes a PhD in Strategic Management from York University's Schulich School of Business, complemented by an MBA from Baylor University and law degrees from Fudan University.
