Xu Niu is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the College of Business (AACSB) at James Madison University. He holds dual Ph.D. degrees in Finance and Mathematics from Texas Tech University, along with advanced degrees in Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, and Finance from institutions including SUNY Binghamton and Wuhan University. His research focuses on corporate governance, labor relations, family firms, and financial data science.
