David Santos Velasco is an Associate Professor of Psychology at IE University's School of Human Sciences and Technology, where he has taught full-time since 2019. He earned a PhD in Social Psychology (with honors) from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) and The Ohio State University, along with a Master's in Statistics and a Bachelor's in Psychology from UAM. His research focuses on attitude change, metacognitive processes, and their influence on opinions, with applications in social influence, consumer psychology, and political psychology.
