David Rudoler is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Ontario Tech University, holding a PhD from the University of Toronto and an MPA from York University. He also serves as a Research Chair in Population Health and Innovation in Mental Health at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences, and an Adjunct Scientist at ICES. His research focuses on health services, policy, economics, and data science, with an emphasis on mental health systems, primary care, and policy evaluation. Key areas include psychiatric care access, provider incentives, and outcomes for individuals with serious mental illness.

Notable roles include Co-Principal Investigator for the Pan-Canadian Study of Psychiatric Care ($711K) and primary roles in projects analyzing primary care reform and medication management for seniors.
