Rachelle Ashcroft is an Associate Professor at the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work, University of Toronto, cross-appointed to the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the Temerty Faculty of Medicine. She holds a PhD from Wilfrid Laurier University, with postdoctoral training at CAMH. Her research focuses on primary health care teams, interprofessional collaboration, and virtual care. Key roles include Vice-President (2019–2023) and Director at Large (2023–2025) of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW), and leadership in the TUTOR-PHC research program.
