David P. Huston

David P. Huston, MD, is a Professor in the Department of Microbial Pathogenesis & Immunology and Associate Dean/Director of the Clinical Science & Translational Research Institute at Texas A&M University School of Medicine. His research focuses on mechanisms regulating allergic inflammation, particularly cytokines like TSLP and IL-5, and mast cell activation. He leads NIH-funded studies on asthma pathogenesis and translational therapeutics. Dr. Huston holds leadership roles in the NIH Hypersensitivity Autoimmunity Study Section and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
