David G. Cardozo is a Professor at Yeshiva University, specializing in debtor-creditor law and legal philosophy. He has authored over 90 articles and recently revised Gilmore's classic treatise on secured lending. Previously, he served as editor-in-chief of the Hastings Law Journal and worked at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
Education: B.A. (1974) from University of California, Santa Barbara; J.D. (1977) from Hastings College of Law, University of California.
