Ralph Anzivino

Ralph Anzivino is a Professor at the School of Law, Marquette University, where he has taught since 1976. Prior to academia, he practiced law for five years. His teaching focuses on contracts, creditor/debtor law, business bankruptcy, sales, and secured transactions. He holds memberships in the Ohio Bar and Wisconsin Bar.

Professor Anzivino is actively engaged in scholarly contributions, including authoring the book Partner and Partnership Bankruptcy, co-authoring the four-volume treatise Uniform Commercial Code Transactions Guide, and contributing to the Uniform Commercial Code Series. His work has also appeared in numerous law review articles and bar journal publications.

He曾 served on the Editorial Board of the Case Western Reserve Law Review and was part of the Moot Court Board and Order of the Coif. His research interests center on commercial law and bankruptcy-related legal frameworks, with a focus on practical applications in business and creditor-debtor dynamics.
