David Connolly is a Professor of Practice at the University of Warwick, specializing in evidence-based policy for international peacebuilding and development. His work focuses on evaluating interventions in conflict-affected regions, with over 15 years of field experience across multiple countries. He currently leads the Learning, Evaluation, and Research Programme at the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) in Washington D.C., having previously directed postgraduate programs at the University of York including the MSc in International Humanitarian Affairs.
His research has been funded by organizations including the Netherlands Scientific Research Council, UNICEF, and the U.S. Department of State.
