Randall Salm is an Associate Professor of Sociology at the College of Southern Maryland, specializing in peacebuilding, armed conflict, and child labor exploitation. With over 30 years of experience in higher education, social research, and conflict resolution, he has taught 100+ courses on sociology and peacebuilding, authored numerous reports on humanitarian crises, and contributed to programs by UNICEF, World Vision, and USAID.
