Ned Lazarus is a Teaching Associate Professor of International Affairs at the Elliott School of International Affairs, George Washington University, and an Israel Institute Teaching Fellow. His expertise spans Conflict Analysis and Resolution, Dialogue, Evaluation, and Israeli-Palestinian Conflict studies, with a focus on Peace Education. He holds a Ph.D. from American University's School of International Service (2011), where his dissertation examined the long-term impact of peace education programs involving Israeli and Palestinian youth.
Lazarus has taught at institutions including Georgetown University and American University, and previously served as Middle East Program Director for Seeds of Peace (1996–2004).
