David Chandler is a Professor of International Relations at the University of Westminster, London, UK. His work critically examines governance frameworks in the Anthropocene, including resilience strategies, digital sensing technologies, and critiques of neoliberal intervention paradigms. He edits the journal Anthropocenes - Human, Inhuman, Posthuman and convenes the Materialisms Reading Group.
