David Campbell-Williams is an Adjunct Professor at the Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne, where he has taught the 'Payment Matters in Construction Projects' subject annually since 2008. He holds a BA (NSW), LLB (Sydney), and a Professional Certificate in Arbitration (Adelaide). Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel of Sydney Trains since 2013, he combines over 40 years of legal experience in construction disputes with academic contributions. His expertise spans Security of Payment laws across Australian states, adjudication processes, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
