Daniela Rivero-Bryant is a Lecturer at Tulane University's School of Architecture and an Affiliated Faculty member at the Stone Center. She holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica Boliviana-San Pablo (2005) and an M.S. in Economics from Tulane University (2017). She is also set to complete her Ph.D. in Economics at Tulane in May 2023. Her roles include Program Director of the Real Estate Summer Minor Institute at Tulane School of Architecture (since 2015) and Lecturer (since 2020).

Her research focuses on the socio-economic impacts of natural disasters on cities and individuals, emphasizing resilience, leadership quality, and policy interventions. She has over 20 years of experience in community development and disaster recovery, spanning Bolivia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Notable roles include:
- Executive Director, Rebuilding Together New Orleans (2009–2012)
- Property Management and Development Director, Louisiana Land Trust (2012–2015)
- Chief of Staff to the President of Bolivia (2006)
Her work has included reconstructing over 1,000 homes in post-Katrina New Orleans and policy development in El Alto, Bolivia. She is a recipient of the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship (2016–2020).
Daniela serves on boards such as the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad and Algiers Development District. She teaches courses like Principles of Real Estate and Cities, Disasters, and Decisions, integrating her field experience into academic practice.
