Daniel Zimmer serves as Professor and Director of the Institute of Commercial and Economic Law at the Center for Advanced Studies in Law and Economics (CASTLE), University of Bonn, and maintains a Research Fellowship at the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW Berlin). His distinguished career includes chairing the German Monopolies Commission (2012-2016) and serving as Dean of Bonn's Faculty of Law and Economics until 2018.
