Lars Klöhn

Prof. Dr. Lars Klöhn is a full-time Professor of Civil Law and Commercial Law at Humboldt University of Berlin's Faculty of Law since 2016. He previously held professorships at the Universities of Bremen, Bonn, Hamburg, and Munich. His research focuses on corporate law, capital markets, banking law, and interdisciplinary law & economics studies. Klöhn earned his doctorate and habilitation under Prof. Spindler in Göttingen, following studies in Göttingen and Cambridge, MA (LL.M. from Harvard).
