Cristina Romani is a Professor of Psychology at Aston University, UK, affiliated with the School of Psychology, Cognition & Neuroscience Research Group (CNRG), and the Aston Research Centre for Health in Ageing. She holds roles such as Chair of the Psychology Ethics Committee and former Lead of the Aging Mind Cluster at ARCHA. Her research focuses on cognitive and linguistic functions in populations with impairments (e.g., aphasia, dyslexia, metabolic disorders like PKU). She has extensive editorial roles, including Associate Editor for Cognitive Neuropsychology, and collaborates internationally with institutions like Policlinico Umberto I (Rome) and Rice University (Texas).
