Crisandra Harrison is an Adjunct Professor at the Simon Business School, University of Rochester. She holds an MBA from the same institution, graduating with honors, with a focus on competitive strategy, organizational strategy, marketing, and brand management. A dedicated entrepreneur and educator, she combines academic expertise with leadership experience in nonprofit organizations, higher education, consulting, and her own ventures in healthcare and real estate.

Research interests include business strategy integration with AI, team leadership dynamics, and brand management. Her work emphasizes practical applications of strategic frameworks in real-world settings. She actively contributes to the Simon community as a founding member of the Simon Women’s Alliance and through coaching student teams in case competitions.
Community involvement includes roles as Board Member of the Schottland YMCA and Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Western New York.
