Conwell Worthington III

Conwell Worthington III is a Lecturer in the Management Department at Bentley University. He is also a Co-Founder/Co-CEO of The Worthington-Bal Group LLC and currently serves as Business Manager/Associate Producer for the Obsidian Theater Festival.

Teaching Interests: Arts Management, Organizational Behavior.

Research Interests: Focus on Arts Management, Non-Traditional Casting, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the Arts.

Professional Experience: Over 20 years in theater management, including Broadway productions (e.g., 700 Sundays, 33 Variations), national tours (The Lion King, The Book of Mormon), and leadership roles in arts organizations.
