Dr. Clemence Blouet is a Principal Investigator at the Institute of Metabolic Science, University of Cambridge, affiliated with the MRC Metabolic Diseases Unit and Wellcome Discovery Research Platform. Her research focuses on understanding how the mammalian brain senses nutrients and energy availability to regulate appetite, metabolism, and neuroendocrine functions, particularly in the context of obesity and metabolic diseases.
