Claire Parisa

Claire Parisa is a Lecturer in City & Regional Planning and Real Estate Development + Design at UC Berkeley. She specializes in affordable housing finance and development, bringing extensive industry expertise as Director of Acquisitions at Enterprise Community Partners where she secures Low Income Housing Tax Credit investments.

With over $3 billion secured for 6,000+ affordable homes, her work spans federal/state LIHTC programs, tax-exempt bonds, and local funding systems. She previously held roles at Red Stone Equity, California Housing Partnership, and Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation. She serves on Piedmont's Housing Advisory Committee and Racial Equity Campaign.
