Ann Silverberg

Ann Silverberg is a Lecturer in City and Regional Planning at the University of California, Berkeley, with 25 years of experience in affordable, mixed-income, and mixed-use development and finance. She currently serves as CEO for Related California’s Northern California Affordable Division and oversees affordable housing portfolios in California and Oregon.

Her research focuses on innovative financing models for urban development, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects and transit-oriented housing solutions. She has directed the development of over 8,000 housing units and secured more than $2 billion in project financing.
