Maria Day-Marshall

Maria Day-Marshall serves as Director of the Colvin Institute of Real Estate Development and holds the rank of Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Maryland's Real Estate Development Program within its built environment school. She has led the Program as Director since 2017 and the Colvin Institute since 2018. Her career spans over three decades in municipal finance, legal roles, and real estate policy.
