Claire Leitch is a Professor of Entrepreneurial Leadership and Executive Dean at the Lancaster University Management School (LUMS). Her research focuses on leadership development in entrepreneurial contexts, gender inequality, and policy-practice gaps in entrepreneurship. She holds editorial roles at the International Small Business Journal and has collaborated internationally with institutions like Babson College and the University of Western Australia.
Her work bridges entrepreneurship and leadership studies, with a critical feminist perspective exploring macro/meso/micro influences on inequality.
