Christian Lyhne Ibsen is an Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology, University of Copenhagen, affiliated with the Employment Relations Research Centre (FAOS). He holds a PhD in Sociology (2013) and MAs in Political Science and European Industrial Relations. His research focuses on collective bargaining, comparative political economy, and labour market institutions using institutionalist frameworks.
