Nana Wesley Hansen is an Associate Professor at the Employment Relations Research Centre (FAOS) within the Department of Sociology at the University of Copenhagen. She holds a PhD in Sociology (2013) and an MA in Political Science (2004), both from the University of Copenhagen.

- Former roles: Assistant Professor (2013–2017), PhD Fellow (2010–2013), and Research Assistant (2008–2010) at FAOS.
Her research focuses on collective bargaining in public and private sectors, labor migration, and the integration of high-skilled professionals. Key projects include the SkillsINCORP initiative (2022–2025), exploring incorporation mechanisms for skilled migrants in Denmark.
Research interests span labor migration policies, workplace cooperation dynamics, and the interplay between negotiations and online/offline communication strategies. Her work frequently engages with Nordic labor market models and institutional frameworks.
Co-supervised postdocs include Miguel Morillas (current) and Mark Friis Hau (completed in 2024). She actively participates in academic networks, conferences, and editorial roles, including contributions to Work, Employment and Society and European Journal of Industrial Relations.
