Anna Ilsøe

Anna Ilsøe is an Associate Professor at the Employment Relations Research Centre (FAOS) within the Department of Sociology at the University of Copenhagen. She specializes in digital labour markets, company-level bargaining, and labour market segmentation. Her current research includes projects funded by the Velux Foundations and Horizon Europe, focusing on digital economy transformations and platform work dynamics. She has held visiting roles at Lund University (2022-2023) and Johns Hopkins University (2007).
