Trine Pernille Larsen

Trine Pernille Larsen is an Associate Professor at the Employment Relations Research Centre (FAOS), Department of Sociology, University of Copenhagen. With a PhD in Social Policy from the University of Kent (2008), she specializes in EU-level labour market regulation, work-life balance policies, and social dialogue systems. She leads comparative studies in Nordic countries and Europe.

Research Interests:
Her work focuses on labour market segmentation, atypical employment, shop stewards' roles, and EU policy impacts. Current projects analyze algorithmic management effects, wage regulation in manufacturing, and social partners' responses to precarious work.

Scientific Engagement:
As co-editor of Tidsskrift for Arbejdsliv (since 2006), she contributes to Danish academic discourse. Her publications span comparative analyses of European procurement policies, Nordic welfare models, and industrial relations frameworks.
