Cheryl McCarthy is a Professor at Flagler College, affiliated with the Division of Graduate and Education Programs. She has taught since 2008 and previously served at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Her work focuses on special education, particularly supporting students with high-incidence disabilities, and she contributed to developing Flagler's Honors Program.
