Dr. Chen Mu-Min is an Associate Professor at the Graduate Institute of International Politics, National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies, University of Denver, and a B.A. from National Taiwan University. His research focuses on non-traditional security, China's political developments, foreign relations, and South Asian regional security. Prior to academia, he worked in Taiwan's Legislative Yuan and as a special assistant to Vice President Annette H.L. Lu. He has held visiting roles at institutions including Peking University, the National University of Singapore, and the University of Delhi. His publications include three books and numerous articles analyzing security strategies, nuclear non-proliferation, and regional political dynamics. His work bridges theoretical insights with empirical case studies, emphasizing global and regional security challenges.
