In Young Min is a Lecturer in Korean studies at the Centre for East Asian Studies, Heidelberg University. His research focuses on international relations and security in East Asia, particularly the dynamics of power asymmetry and smaller states' agency in shaping these dynamics, with a regional focus on Korea. Recent work examines historical and contemporary issues surrounding the Korean Peninsula, including nuclear policy and unification treaties.
