Charlotte Elwell

Charlotte Elwell is a Technical Team Leader in the Psychology and Education department at York St John University. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of York and is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA). Her work focuses on delivering research methods training, statistics education, and specialized technical support for psychology equipment/software. In 2012, she co-won the prestigious Psychology Technician of the Year Award for enhancing student learning experiences.

Her research interests span cognitive psychology, educational ethics, and curriculum development, as evidenced by her publications on future-oriented thinking mechanisms and ethics integration in psychology education.
