Charlotte Ross is a Lecturer in Secondary Physical Education at the University of Worcester's Institute of Education. She combines her extensive secondary school teaching experience with academic training, including a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (2022). Her roles include subject mentoring, ECT mentoring, and leading PSHE/Citizenship initiatives.
