Charles Rudolph is an Associate Professor and Director of the School of Architecture Practicum Program at Georgia Institute of Technology. He has been affiliated with Georgia Tech since 1993, teaching courses in construction technology, architectural design studios, and seminars on tectonics and contemporary architecture. His research focuses on critical regionalism, minimalism in architecture, and adaptive reuse in urban environments, particularly in Atlanta's transitioning neighborhoods.
Education:
- Bachelor of Arts in Architecture + Art and Art History, Rice University, 1981

- Master of Architecture in Building Design, Columbia University, 1989 (studied under Kenneth Frampton)
Research & Projects: Rudolph co-led an NSF-funded interdisciplinary team (2010–2014) exploring biofuel integration in high-density urban housing design. He has also engaged community groups in revitalizing underused urban spaces since 1996. His work bridges architecture with visual arts, philosophy, and aesthetics, exemplified by his 'Minimal Art and Architecture' seminar (2000–2010).

- Directed School’s Practicum Internship Program since 2016
- Coordinates first-year B.S. Arch studio and teaches MArch foundational design courses
