Charles M. Cwiek is a Distinguished Lecturer and Director of the Undergraduate Business Analytics Program at The University of Tennessee's Haslam College of Business. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Statistics from The University of Tennessee. His expertise spans applied statistics, experimental design, industrial statistics, and Six-Sigma methodologies. He teaches courses in statistical process control and design of experiments, and has over 30 years of experience in the Graduate and Executive Education (GEE) program, including recent contributions to the Black Belt Certification Program.
Research interests include statistical quality control and process management, with consulting work focused on measurement system evaluations in the automotive components industry. He chairs the Haslam College's Undergraduate Business Policies Committee.
