Cecily Banks is a Senior Lecturer and Director of the Corporate Counsel Externship Program at Boston University School of Law. She joined the faculty in 2017 to establish a specialized externship program that places law students in in-house legal departments of corporations for academic credit. She teaches the accompanying seminar on the modern role of in-house counsel and professional development, as well as Contract Drafting within the Transactional Law Program.
