Ellen Gutiontov is an Instructor at DePaul University College of Law since 2006. She teaches Real Estate Transactions, Advanced Real Estate Transactions, and Legal Drafting: Real Estate.

Her research and practice focus on Real Estate Law, Corporate Governance, Legal Drafting, and Contract Negotiations. She represents clients in real estate transactions, advises on investment and development matters, and serves as Executive Director of a nationally-ranked IP program at DePaul Law.
She received the Top Scholar award during law school and was a member of the DePaul Law Review.
