Cathie Ostrowski serves as Director of the Dietetic Internship Program and Assistant Professor of Practice at Meredith College. She holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Dietetics from D’Youville College. Her professional experience spans clinical dietetics at Duke Regional Hospital, personalized nutrition consulting, and leadership roles at University of Rochester Medical Center.
Her research focuses on dietetic education methodologies, clinical nutrition interventions, and community health outreach. Awards recognizing her contributions include:
